Rebrand integration
A dive into the integration two seperate institution wide rebrand campaigns for the JCC Manhattan during my tenure there. The two examples below show off particularly successful long-running programs that I was handed and served as art director and photo editor.
What Everyone’s Talking Abouts host requested that the design maintain its two signature colors. I suggested that the host be photographed within a cityscape to emphasize the “on-the-street” interviewing style of the program. The photoshoot and final design were produced and executed by myself in collaboration with the host and program director.
Unorthodox, was a show making its debut during the initial phase of rebranding. The hosts initally requested that we maintain the usage of its logotype and provided us with an image. I produced and executed photoshoots for a series of images that highlighted the light-hearted and humorous nature of the hosts and their show. In the final design the hosts, program director, and I, agreed that we could do away with the repetition of their old logo and maintain their identity through color and face recognition.
Above are examples of the initial designs given to me followed by their respective first rebrand. Top are the final design.
